Let’s get outside and walk the trails together!

This event is free and open to the public.  All ages are welcome to attend.

This month, the Wellness Walk will take place on the C&O Canal which offers a spectacular show of wildflowers (especially Virginia Bluebells) in April.  The group will meet at 10am in the large parking lot on Canal Road at Lock 38, across from Shepherdstown.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and know that if it has been rainy, the trails may be slippery or muddy in spots.
