Volunteer Workday at Eidolon Nature Preserve

We recently expanded the parking lot at Eidolon and now volunteers are needed to help with the finishing touches!

Free and open to the public. Please note that we may not have an age-appropriate task for children, as these volunteer workdays are geared towards ages 16+. Children under 16 are welcome to attend, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Throughout the year we periodically host family-oriented volunteer workdays. Registration is required.
PVMN Volunteer Credit Eligible.
- Walking Distance: Less than 1/2 mile.
- Pace: Moderate exertion. This workday will include shoveling stone dust, moving rocks, and seeding.
- Exposure: Sun
- Terrain: Gravel parking lot
- Restroom: Port O Pot
- Parking/Where to Meet: Participants should meet in the main parking lot at the front entrance off Orleans Rd.
- What to Bring: Specific tools for this workday include flat shovels and work gloves. Please dress for the weather and for outdoor work. Closed-toed shoes are required and layers are recommended. Please bring plenty of water!
Registration will remain open until the start of the program.
