Every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. for the month of April, join Amy for “Storytime with the Turtles” on Facebook Live.

She will be reading a short nature-themed story before showing viewers how we feed Cool Spring’s “teaching turtles”: Louie, Poppie, and Scute. Each week, we’ll introduce new foods found on the preserve to the turtles such as worms, grubs, roly polys and slugs; and minnows and watercress from the creek. We’ll keep track of what each turtle eats and at the end of the month, award one turtle the “Least Pickiest Eater” award.
