Don’t miss these special opportunities to hike the private Rolling Ridge Conservancy Lands with Bill and Scot!
We are very excited to be able to offer bird walks on the gorgeous trails of Rolling Ridge Conservancy. We hope you will join Bill and Scot as they explore some of the 1500 acres of protected woodlands. These walks will be held on the second Tuesday of every month.
The trails wind through the woods with some hilly, rocky sections that could be slippery when wet. Please wear sturdy walking shoes, bring along drinking water and walking poles are encouraged. Binoculars will be available for anyone that needs them.
Please meet by 7:30 am at 138 Tupelo Lane, Harpers Ferry, WV. The walk will last at least a couple of hours.
Rolling Ridge Conservancy welcomes donations, which can either be accepted on the morning of the walk or through their website. Please ask Bill or Scot how your donations will help foster their mission.
If you are having trouble finding the meeting spot on the morning of the walk, please feel free to contact trip leaders Bill Telfair or Scot DeGraf for directions. Bill’s number is 408-966-8895 and Scot’s number is 301-275-2009.
