Pre-order and day-of shopping options available!

This fundraiser supports the environmental activities of Potomac Valley Audubon Society including The Monarch Alliance Monarch Waystation Grant Program!

Online pre-order: May 1 – May 21

2. Select your plants & pay via our online order form. [The final day to place a pre-order is May 21]
3. Mark your calendar for the pick-up date: Saturday, June 4 from 10am – 2pm at Sunny Meadows Garden Center.
4. Look for the Audubon and Monarch Alliance signs when you arrive at Sunny Meadows!  Park and come to The Monarch Alliance table.  Provide your first & last name and our volunteers will help you load your ordered plants.  You can then depart, or if you’d like to keep shopping, we will have additional plants available to purchase that day.  Contactless pick-up options will be available upon request at no extra charge.

In-person sale: June 4, 10am – 2pm

Important items to note:

• • Saturday, May 21 is the final day to place an online order.
  • Tax is built in to plant pricing.
  • All online sales are final.
  • Your order must be picked up on Saturday, June 4. If you haven’t picked up your order by day’s end, you’ll need to make special arrangements with Sunny Meadows to pick up within the week. If your order is not picked up within the week, all ordered plants will be donated to one of TMA’s projects.
