Monarch Discovery Days: Monarch Craft Activity at the Discovery Station
Saturday, September 1, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
September is the month that most monarchs will migrate through our region on the way to Mexico where they will spend the winter. The Monarch Alliance, a program of the Potomac Valley Audubon Society, will be sponsoring activities during the month of September to celebrate this special event.
The Monarch Alliance is teaming up with The Discovery Station in Hagerstown for a fun craft activity for children ages 7 and up. There will be a monarch tagging demonstration following the craft activity. Program is free with price of admission to the museum – admission fee of $6 for ages 4-17 and $7 for adults. Call 301-790-0076 for further museum details.
