Kid-Created Nature Photography Exhibit and Open House

Join us at Cool Spring Preserve for the Kid-Created Nature Photography Exhibit and Open House!
PVAS Host: Meg Faehl, Annie Young
Free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, though youth must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required.
Join us at Cool Spring Preserve for the Kid-Created Nature Photography Exhibit and Open House! Enjoy stunning nature photography captured by kids under the guidance of photographer Meg Faehl. In addition to admiring their work, you can learn how photography plays a role in community science projects and how you can contribute to scientific research. Families are invited to join a guided nature walk through the preserve, exploring the beauty of the outdoors together. Be sure to catch the exciting drone photography demonstration, offering a unique perspective on nature from above! This event is sponsored by the Rainbow Montessori School.
- Walking Distance: About 1 miles or less
- Pace: Leisurely (meandering, many breaks to stop and observe)
- Exposure: Partial shade. Some areas of full sun.
- Terrain: Hard ground/hiking trail in some areas, mowed grass in other areas. Gentle slopes/rolling hills
- Restroom: Indoor, flushing restrooms will be available.
