Join Carrie Jane Blessing for an evening stroll to explore the sights and sounds of the nocturnal world by the light of the full moon at Morgan’s Grove Park!

PVAS Host: Carrie Jane Blessing

Free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, though youth must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required and limited to 20 participants.

We will walk by the light of the full moon on the trails at Morgan’s Grove Park. The park is approx. 26 acres with a 0.8 mile walking trail, and the start of a spring that feeds Town Run. Hot cocoa and coffee will be provided at no cost, but donations are welcome! Please note that if you wish to support the coffee/cocoa through a donation, please do so in-person during the program. Donations on the registration form for this event go to the Potomac Valley Audubon Society. We also welcome donations!

About our Host: Carrie Blessing has a degree in Environmental Studies from Shepherd University. She currently serves on the Board of Shepherdstown Community Club as park director for Morgan’s Grove Park. Carrie is a plant nerd and enjoys walking, gardening, and foraging.
