Free and open to the public. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant. Registration is not required but appreciated for planning purposes.
On Tuesday, January 7 from 5:30pm to 7pm, we will be hosting our annual advisory meeting for all birders to share their thoughts and ideas for PVAS birding opportunities throughout 2025. This is an open space to talk about bird walks, community science, and special events. There will be the option to attend the meeting in-person at the Shepherdstown Library or online via Zoom. Whether you are new to birding or a seasoned expert, all are welcome to participate. Light refreshments will be served.
- Walking Distance: Little to no walking.
- Activities: This is an indoor event.
- Restroom: Indoor, flushing restrooms will be available.
- Parking/Where to Meet: The Shepherdstown Library has a private parking lot.
- What to Bring: Bring your ideas and supplies for taking notes: paper/notebook and something to write with.
