Load your little one in a backpack and join a PVAS naturalist on a hike at Cool Spring Preserve. This is a great way to explore nature with your child, get exercise and meet other parents. This hike is designed for adults with young children. Most trails are not stroller accessible, so you’ll need a backpack or carrier for younger kids and non-walkers.
