Come celebrate Independence Day with PVAS! We will once again be walking in Shepherdstown’s 4th of July parade. PVAS employees and friends will be gathered at Church Street by 10:30 a.m., with the parade starting at 11 a.m. The parade will proceed down German Street to Princess Street and end there. We also hope you’ll stick around after the parade for the community picnic, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Shepherdstown.
