Join us for an in-person 5K walk/jog/run or a 10K jog/run option on the trails at Broomgrass on April 9th, 2022. We know many of you train long and hard for this fun cross-country course. Register for these events and enjoy the adventure of running or walking on non-technical cross-country trails that wind through fields and woods of Broomgrass Farm and along beautiful Back Creek. COVID permitting.
This year we are again offering two virtual events, a 5K and 10K, as an opportunity for everyone to stay active and safe during concerns of COVID 19. Virtual participants may choose between running, walking, biking, horseback riding or another way to complete the distances. Feel free to get creative! Virtual participants will email their results or photos to Race4Birds@PotomacAudubon.org and will then be entered into a drawing for prizes.
This is an important fundraiser for Potomac Valley Audubon Society and we appreciate your interest in participating. This year no refunds will be offered. We are happy to send you a donation receipt upon request. Please contact us by e-mail at Race4Birds@PotomacAudubon.org.

In-Person 5K Walk/Run and 10K Run:
In-Person events on April 9th with a start time of 9:00am on the trails of Broomgrass (Covid permitting).
Virtual 5K and 10K Run/Walk/Other:
Participants may run, walk, bike, horseback ride, paddle, or other form this distance between April 2nd and April 9th. Participants will email their results or photos to be entered into prize drawing. Email the distance, time and any photos to race4birds@potomacaudubon.org with the subject “My Results”.
