Erik Janus is a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter from Washington County, Maryland.  He draws his inspiration from Appalachian and American roots music, bluegrass and improvisational music.  His solo performances are a mix of his original songs and deconstructed covers. 

All performances are free of charge and open to all, thanks to the musicians who generously volunteer their time and talent. You’re invited to bring a picnic dinner (BYOB welcome), and are encouraged to take a hike around the preserve before or after the music. Performances are held outside only and will be cancelled if rain is expected.
