13 Bio Book Birthday Blitz

1-5 pm: Bio Book Blitz

5 pm: Birthday Celebration & Potluck

Jean turns 85 soon, and the botany class’ gift to Jean will be to pool our collective botanical brains to help catalogue the extensive Worthley Library, and then to celebrate with a potluck party.

How you can help:

1:00-5:00 pm: sign up for:

- data entry by hand onto paper worksheets

- data entry into your laptop, if you can bring yours

- general book schlepping and shelving tasks

- culinary: bring snacks to sustain hungry cataloguers

5:00 pm til : sign up for:

- culinary: bring potluck dishes for dinner

- libationary: bring something to share

-musicanical: you know who you are…

NOT TO WORRY!! We will be well organized to put everyone’s various skills to good use. We have pilot tested the system and it works well. Everyone can help in some way. Please contact Susan Rudy, SFRUDY@Juno.com, 410-661-4790, to RSVP your intention to participate.
