When:  Tuesday April 11, 2017.  Pre-registration is required.

Time:  9:30-11:00 a.m.

Where:  Cool Spring Preserve

Price:  $5 (single fee) per child/adult partner. (There is no extra charge for an additional child under age 2.)

Everyone is encouraged to bring their own basket for the Egg Hunt.

This Month's Theme:  This year, we are tying in each month's theme with a read-aloud book!  In April, we'll be at Cool Spring Preserve to read "Chickens Aren't The Only Ones" and then go on an Egg Hunt!  Our eggs look like wild bird eggs so we'll learn about camouflage too!

The first 45 minutes will be activities for children to explore on their own.  A short, formal program will begin at 10:15, followed by the egg hunt.

Introduce your preschooler (ages 3-5) to the natural world and explore it together through walks, circle time, games, crafts, and activities!

Every month we'll focus on something different in nature, appropriate to the season. The first half hour of the program is designed for un-programmed activities and exploring with your child together.  The structured program follows from 10-11 a.m.

A minimum of 8 is needed to conduct the program, so pre-registration is essential.

Pre-registration is required. If the minimum number is not met, this program can be cancelled.  Programs are conducted rain or shine and include activities in an open-air pavilion and nature walks. Everyone should wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
