Unfortunately, this event has been cancelled.

The grandchildren are coming for a week and you want to do more than just take them on a hike!  The kids want to go outside and you need some new ideas!  What to do?

This workshop is designed to help adults learn new ways to share nature with their children,  grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or your favorite neighbor's child.  This session is being designed to give you specific techniques and activities for exploring the out-of-doors with children, especially in the spring and summer months.  None of the activities require special equipment and you can do them anywhere--in a park, on a trail, or in your own backyard.  At the end of the session, you'll be so prepared that you'll look like "Mother or Father Nature!"

This session is designed for adults only, but you don't have to have your own children or grandchildren to take part.  A session on exploring during fall and winter is planned for the future.

*Registration fees are non-refundable. PVAS reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen issues. In this case, a full refund will be given.
