programs that focus on
Chesapeake Bay ecology and colonial/maritime history.
The 3-hour experience on the Chesapeake Bay
may include raising sails, steering the ship, exploring the crew quarters, sampling marine life with a commercial fishing net, catching plankton and examining the specimens under microscopes, and conducting tests to monitor water quality.
This workshop is designed for adults

and is not appropriate for
children or
as a family outing.
Travel to Chestertown will be your re

will be provided.
Carpooling is encouraged. Bay Bridge toll is $12.00 per car with $5.00 additional (same day return with receipt).
