This event is open to members of the Monarch Alliance and PVAS.  Anyone who is interested in working on monarch conservation is welcome to attend this event (registration is required).

The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a bird walk on the trails of NCTC. The highlight will be the NCTC Bald Eagle and spring migrants. Following the walk, there will be a meeting of the Monarch Alliance’s members from 11 - 12.  Sandy will give a presentation of the Migration of the Monarchs, providing current research and information on the monarch's spectacular migration.

Participants are welcome to purchase lunch at noon in the NCTC commons.  At one o’clock, there will be a meeting of the Advisory Council.  Following the membership meeting, there will be time to walk around and see NCTC’s monarch waystation and stands of milkweed.

Registration for this event is required and participants will need to show a valid ID at the security station upon entering NCTC.  Registration closes on Monday, April 24.
