Homeschool Programs

PVAS Homeschool Adventures programs are designed to introduce homeschool students to specific nature-based themes with the goal to help students better understand the natural world and their connection to it.  We offer programs for 5-7 year olds and 8-10 year olds twice a month at Cool Spring Preserve.

Programs for Ages 5-10

To better accommodate families with siblings, different sessions for 5-7 year olds and 8-10 year olds will be offered at the same time. Programs are 1½ hours in length and include time outside for natural exploration, so dress for the weather. Classes are limited to 10 children, so register early.
